Ours didn't post after 2 weeks so we submitted missing partner Avios forms and everything posted correctly in <24hrs. Luckily in our case the QR computer said YES, but I agree it's hardly rocket science to swap pax details thus more than a little irritating for us to be assumed guilty before being proved innocent
