Not to take away from Mike's experience, but I had the opposite. I once got 2 separate cards from them at once, and could almost never get a clear line overseas. It wasn't a local problem, just sounded like calls used to sound 15 years ago....

Their customer service promised to look into and e-mailed me to tell me everything was fine, not their problem. (HA!)
