I think you have found a diamond. I have also flown this route recently as connecting in IAD rather than ORD from europe saves journey time, and the IAD-FLL FA's don't inspire me to write a positive review. Yesterday was typical, the FA used all the forward overhead space for their own bags. (TED seems to have removed locker space in addition to F-class.) They supplied minimal service, and the purser stood in the front cabin eating a dinner, while also chatting to the other FA for most of the flight. Not a pretty or professional sight.
