$700 since you get free weekend cert with no spending requirement. That weekend cert is $200 easy. People with no status with Hilton and considering spending a week at a Hilton resort should get this card.
Free breakfast x 2 x 7 days x $15 = $210
Free weekend night = $200
Resort Fee x 7 days = $245 (Offset by $250)
Priority Pass lounge 2 visits for 2 people = $100?
Airline seat upgrade/food = $100? (Offset by $250)
So even if you don't use up the full resort credit and the full incidental, 1 stay at a Hilton should put you in the green for $400 or more.
