Thank you all for your replies. Thomas Cook have been giving me the run around since June 2017. They insist on the ticket number or booking reference number or boarding passes. I have none of these left as Flight was in 2013. I have a bank statement with a debit paid to jetlines for the holiday. They said they no longer have holiday information and that flights were booked directly with Thomas Cook airlines. So they have no flight details on record. Thomas Cook are renowned for being difficult. I opened a resolver case via the Martin Lewis website and that has amounted to nothing.
I understand too that TC may only give me the financial data and not the actual flight details required on their delayed flight claim form.
