Unfortunately, no. You might be able to book economy through work, and then call in to upfare to FC, paying the difference out of pocket.
Or wait to book until the last minute so fares rise. As a reminder, You earn EQDs based on the base fare only, taxes and fees do not count.
I may have waited a few days to book my last flight for the same reason.
