From terminal F take the shuttle bus to terminal A. (Or you could walk but it is about 1.25 miles all within security). Lounge is near gate A14 above the BA lounge.

When you leave lounge, walk from terminal A to terminal B, then exit security at terminal B to reach the Marriott.
