IIRC, your name is fully capitalized on your boarding pass. I do not think it will be a problem. They will be able to tell that it is a simple error. They can amend a corrected name that is printed right below the original name!

Personal Experience: Brother accidentally booked a flight as (Preferred Name) (Legal Name) (Last Name) // (Last Name) (First Name//Last name format).
This printed on the boarding pass, and right below was Preferred: Legal Name//Last Name

Call EVA reservations and they will be able to note it into your booking, and airport check in will know what to do!
