Accorhotels Concierge Amy, how does such a matter get followed up on and what should our recourse be when properties behave in such manner?
This is possibly the #1 issue with Accorhotel properties and there is until today still no proper SOP on how this should get addressed. A bad review on TA should not be the solution as it will happen again - and on top of that district/regional VPs of Accorhotels are not aware that their respective properties are behaving in such a manner.
