I am guessing that Award Category is going to change starting 2018 that's why they are not putting up rooms availability on awards for 2018.
Cant imagine it makes a meaningful difference in reimbursement to property with high rates.
i am more likely to believe that they sold the entry level room inventory in bulk to ctrip and/or tour package providers
