Nightmare Scenario - 100,000 UR point transfer gone wrong!
Hi folks,
My private banker was instructed to transfer UR points over to another family member in the same household, however REDEEMED them for cash value instead.
After about 2-3 weeks of communication they are telling me they can not award my points back, and those points were being used to book a business class ticket from NYC to Bangkok.
Can anyone advise on what I can further do? The private banker has admitted wrongdoing and is deeply apologetic however I am having to come out of pocket much more now, considering that I am flying over an elderly family member which will need to lay down for medical reasons.
This has been a harrowing process and would appreciate any help!
