If the lounge is not open/seats unavailable, you can also use the Free Rest & Relax area on the 4th Floor above the Departures Hall. There are free showers (show your arriving and departing boarding pass as those only originating at ICN pay 3,000W). These are lounge quality, clean, quite good. There is also an area with day beds where you can close your eyes and get some rest.
