Does anyone have insight on getting a full refund based on a schedule change, albeit a very small one. There has been a 10min
schedule change on the HND-SYD flights.
Fare rules say this:
CANCELLATIONS
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CHARGE CAD 500.00 FOR CANCEL/NO-SHOW/REFUND.
WAIVED FOR SCHEDULE CHANGE.
I booked through PL and was told that since the schedule change is only minor it doesn't qualify for the penalty waiver. I insisted that the fare rules say differently but PL won't budge and keep referring to some ANA service agreement. Called ANA but was sent back to the booking agent - PL.
Realize this a bit of hail mary but maybe there's a better way of navigating this situation (aside from never booking through an OTA!)
