Like probably many of you, I have a standing request on my Marriott profile for extra feather pillow and extra towels. I sometimes get extra towels, but I never, ever -- even at Ritz-Carlton or J.W. Marriott properties -- get the extra pillows. Every hotel always has four pillows for a king bed.

Does anyone ever actually get this request fulfilled?
