Benefit states that CIBC IP card holders have access to parking close to the domestic terminal in the parkade. I have only seen the reserved spots in the value lot.
There are a half dozen stalls along the far wall from the entrance (facing the domestic terminal) with VISA IP signage. Honor system, there's nothing stopping anyone from parking there, and regular parkade rates apply.

I do use them when picking someone up from the airport, but when traveling (even on business) I can't justify the added cost over the value lot which I actually find to be pretty convenient.
