I just finished a one-night stay here, booked as an Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts rate. The normal hotel-specific amenity is a US$100 credit for the spa; however, since the spa was (thankfully) closed for my dates, I was given a US$100 voucher for the restaurant. The hotel staff kept trying to push me to lock in an arrival time for a reservation at the restaurant, but, oddly enough, it was nearly empty when we actually went there.
I was upgraded from an entry-level queen to a junior suite. I didn't push for a further upgrade, although I had hoped that plat + FHR would result in more. Once I entered my room, however, I was pleasantly surprised: their junior suite is one of the largest junior suites I've been in! There was a letter from the GM and a cake on the table, and the room had been turned down since I'd arrived in the evening.
As for the restaurant, my US$100 voucher translated to ~390PLN--much better than the going exchange rate

. I had a three-course meal, starting with foie gras (some of the best I've had--and I've lived in France), then the lamb (it wasn't as impressive, but the meat was perfectly cooked), and concluding with the pavlova (I think this was near-perfect if not perfect). I still had money left over after that, so I bought a Bristol Torte to go

. This is probably one of the fanciest restaurants I've eaten in alone, and the waiters seemed to be perfect for what I imagined the intended audience of this restaurant was.
The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was amazing, though the bathtub was a bit narrow. I quite liked the toiletries they provided.
Breakfast in the morning had a large selection. Amex FHR allows for the buffet; I hear that the plat breakfast is only continental. I'll discuss the FHR breakfast. In addition to the buffet options, there was the option to order (at no added cost) polish crepes which came with cream and maple syrup (these were good); french toast; and different styles of eggs (e.g. benedict, other fancy eggs I can't remember). All in all, I enjoyed the breakfast, though it seemed to have too many sweet items.
Overall, I'd stay here again and wholeheartedly suggest this hotel, especially if you can get a credit for the restaurant
