Thanks, Gold might not be as family-friendly as it used to be... I used to be gold (2012 and 2013 and 2014) and I think I could change reward flights for anyone for free (I did not have to be on the booking) as long as my account was the originator account for that booking.

I believe most of the benefits are now reserved to the gold member only and not much my family will be able to benefit from then.
