The IC ANA Tokyo for me is just an absolute hell ...
i must say their club lounge is one of the best , unfortunately I was not allowed to sleep there.
So yea ... no go for me ....

It's absolutely violation of the T&C. A and RA's upgrade is guaranteed. It's unacceptable..
