I believe the number is 877-Safeway. Follow the voice prompts. I went a year and a half without seeing any miles. I have sooo much activity on my statements that I miss stuff, and for some reason I thought I was getting the Safeway/Carrs points in my Milesmall posts. Then I noticed on my mother's statement how they post, and I knew something was wrong. Turns out it was a problem with duplicate phone numbers (I never swipe my card) on two different Safeway card accounts. It was nice to get a lump sump 1,500 miles.
NOTE: I was told that your receipt *should* show your balance/status. If it doesn't, there might be a problem.
I just switched over to United miles though because they current have a 10,000 mile promo with Safeway.com purchases.
