I'm seeing something similar right now with a reservation I have on Tuesday: I've been upgraded to PC (got emails about it), and have an assigned PC seat. However when I go into my reservation to change my seat assignment I see an entire PC section blocked out.

When I go do a dummy booking for my flights and look at the seat map that way I see plenty of open PC seats to pick from.
