You know, he's absolutely right. But then, a woman's relationship with her manicurist is almost like that of patient/shrink; well at lseast mine is. Laugh all you want but I tell my manicurist EVERYTHING. Granted, it helps that her English is very poor---she's the only Chinese lady in a salon of Korean women.

When I think of men and their barbers---isn't there a bond there? Floyd the barber on the Andy Griffith show was always there with a helpful ear to listen. I'm sure if the men at Mayberry wanted to go somewhere else, all heck would break loose.

I've had to dump manicurists before and they were the same reason jan_az said. I have had to wait often 20 or more minutes for them because their clients was late but if I'm 5 minutes late.... My current manicurist understands and is a gem.
