Looking at doing TLV-BRU on Brussels. I'm Star Alliance Gold. Trying to figure out the story with a basic ticket vs. light and relax for being able to get my free bags on star alliance.

I do get the sense this is not a great airline but it's only 5 hours and it's the cheapest way to get to Europe direct
