StR SF oddly charged my CC a random $40 charge the other day and I've never stayed there (do I go there for drinks every now and then, I live a few blocks away). I had my ambassador contact them weeks ago to figure out what the charge was, and despite multiple follow-ups… radio silence.
I'd post about this in the StR San Francisco thread and ask a Lurker to handle it.
