I agree though regarding the "ugly" rating for SF. I was far from impressed; service at breakfast for instance was terrible.

Think NYC is still my favorite. Had an amazing Christmas time.

Not mentioned yet: St Regis Kuala Lumpur. Service was not perfect but I think the property was only open since 3 months when I stayed. The hard product: jaw dropping! Rooms, pool, interior ... amazing.
