One guy has already got a few hundred pounds at Westminster County Court on the basis that cancelling a return flight because he missed an outbound flight was not reasonable under the CRA.

Whether that would be upheld at a court of record is another matter, but at no point did BA/IB's lawyers try to suggest the Act was inapplicable.
