Not getting lounge access, I can live with but, thanks, I will make a point of checking all of the locations in future (Catania has one).

The forced overnight delay by the use of non-standard systems, I think is more annoying, given that it is in BA's control. Yes, a matter of reasonable skill and care (which I just assumed they would have) to ensure customers are provided with the thing they have paid for when checking in, i.e. the boarding passes

I paid a premium for my trip selecting BA (rather than low-cost) and got neither lounge nor home on time
