I am a big fan of New Otani (Main and Executive House floors), Okura, and The Imperial. When I want a very Japanese experience, and good value, I look to those hotels. All have membership programs that give F&B discounts, and cash rebate vouchers etc... Actually, one can do very well on value at those hotels.
