yep!!!

I am not going back there no matter what!

I can stay somewhere else way better and cheaper !

I am also okura / Nikko member so i don't really care.

The IC ANA Tokyo for me is just an absolute hell ...

i must say their club lounge is one of the best , unfortunately I was not allowed to sleep there.

So yea ... no go for me ....
