Mixed stay last week - met me at the bottom of the escalator by member of staff just before immigration. He summoned the bus and I was at the hotel pretty fast.

Unfortunately they had no rooms - it was 2330 mind you, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. My flight left at 8am so all sleep was precious.

Given normal room on SPG Floor which had extra waters in it. King Room had shower only.
