To move from GM to PM before my last trip on this year, I need around 3500 MQM's on DL.

Departure Airport: BRU/ZYR or AMS or PAR (CDG preferably)
Miles Needed: 3500 MQM's. Miles = any amount
Required Spend or Budget: Less possible
Available Travel Dates: Any weekend between Nov 11 and Dec 09
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*: any that give me MQM's
