Check your Inifinty Mileageland Account, perhaps you switched off permission for EVA to email you! There used to be a glitch where some accounts suddenly switched permission off without the acct holder even knowing, I have no idea if they fixed it yet.
As to late-flight texts, never. They rarely update their schedule early enough for the system to send a text out. Out of the thousands of flights I have had with them, I have only received one text regarding a flight that’s going to be late.
