I was just on a Ted flight and was impressed by a flight attendant from IAD-FLL. I just had to send United an e-mail complimenting her performance (despite being swamped, she still helped feed an old lady with advanced Parkinson's). However, I inadvertently put in 12 June as my travel date (I was off by one week as I've been taking this flight weekly), but was surprised when they replied with this:

"Thank you for contacting us about your travel experience with Ted on June 5. You were quite thoughtful to take the time to compliment the service of United flight attendant, Brenda M-ho--y on board your flight from IAD to FLL."

They corrected me to 5 June, not 12 June. Now, I'm sure they DO check in my flights and verify it. I'm glad they are looking into this and I'm sure she'll get the compliment she deserves!
