SLC dates 30 Oct and in Nov
As of last night, 10/27 SLC CBP office is wide open for appointments on 10/30 Monday. There are a couple of additional days in Nov.
I know because my GF initially got an appointment in April 2018 (!!!) but snagged a resched on Monday.
