Security bypass: Dress nicely and wear your MVP Gold Lanyard.
Last night Hunki and I showed up a little late at LAX after a wonderful dinner at Shutters on the Beach (what a lovely restaurant), to find a very long security line at AS. We were still both dressed in our business/dinner clothing (he in Armani and I in Dana Buchman), wearing our AS MVP Gold lanyards.

As we approached the daunting line, the security agent caught my eye and waived us through to the employee line. Slick!!

Now whether he thought we were employees or real MVPs, I don't have a clue, but it was a lovely gesture and no one waiting in the long line batted an eyelid.

Note to self: Always dress nicely and wear your AS lanyard when going through security at airports without Gold bypass.

p.s. We changed into casual clothes in the Boardroom.
