For the last 10 years, about a week before my actual flight,EVAhave always sent me an e mail.Welcome on board, flight times etc.(no matter what cabin)
Flying in two days, this time nothing.
I know all the booking details are ok (manage my booking) so have they stopped this practice? or has mine just gone astray?

As an aside, I have always registered for the SMS service but have never received anything.Anyone actually had a text re late flight(travelling LHR-BKK?
