I have over 25K counting some cash in advance and a little less than 25K if they don't count
I check on the website "spending analyzer" is over 25K and "rewards activity" less than 25K

Cash advances never earn miles/points at any credit card, don't count toward signup bonuses on any credit card, so I don't see why cash advances would count toward any other
so-called "spend" bonus.
Stop using the word spend (as a noun)! Read the T&Cs. They probably say "purchases", not "spend", and "purchases" is defined as being
the opposite of "cash advances".
So I bet you're only confused because you changed the word from "purchases" to "spend".
