Three options were available: chicken and rice, a cheese pasta, or a kale chicken salad. Wow, three choices in coach...is this 1988? I chose the former, and it was delicious. The sauce wasn't too salty and the vegetables were actually crisp. Certainly better than many domestic F meals I've had. I skipped the side salad since it came with a mayo-based dressing (yuck!). What I guess was the appetizer was hummus with carrots and celery and a small piece of pita bread, which was nice. No roll or crackers were present, but there were packaged breadsticks and a slice of cheese that didn't seem to go with anything. Dessert was a small packaged brownie.

Service was top-notch and the flight was about 1/3 full.
