When it is functioning properly, aa.com will display award availability -- if any -- on AA, AY, BA, and IB when you do an award search between North America and Europe. RJ availability would not be displayed on such a search -- even though aa.com can display RJ award availability -- because AAdvantage does not permit routing via any third zone on award travel between North America and Europe. (If you are willing to pay the extra miles for North America-Middle East-Europe, you can use the multi-city award-booking engine on aa.com to search for RJ flights in and out of AMM; or you can call AA to check availability on EY and QR, which cannot be displayed on aa.com.)
