Would not surprise me if the CS service advisor got it wrong. Had a similar issue when trying to upgrade with QMILES over the phone. CS agent advised it would cost xxx amount of q miles luckey I had done my home work and checked availability and cost so questioned the CS advisor. He put me on hold and returned a min later and said yes I was correct and then processed the request at the lower corrected amount . Just checked my q cal on my app and it shoes 35 credits for upgrade for MEL-DOH
