Cash prices are usually quoted in the currency of the country of departure, but at the final payment page I am usually offered the choice to convert the cost to the currency of the country in which my card is issued. It's not always the best exchange rate to do it that way but might suit the OP's situation.

An alternative might be to book through an OTA in the country of card issue or that charges in USD (eg. Expedia US)
