OP, your only hope at this point is a schedule change.
Since you're not travelling for a couple of months, rather than cancelling now, you could wait and see whether AC changes the time of your flight. If they do change it by a meaningful amount (an hour will usually do, but sometimes less might suffice), you could get a fee-free refund at that point.
The $200 change fee is the same whether you cancel now or a day before the flight, so as long as you remember to cancel it, there's no downside to waiting.
