the real issue is whether OZ can fill the 300+ Y seats, which is unlikely when there are several flights a day. So unless it's a very unusual situation, you're probably not going to get op-upped to J
I'd imagine that in high season when the flights are all full you have a good chance. I'd imagine that they will oversell Y because they're not going to sell all the J/F seats.
