even if the all of F and J is completely empty, that doesn't mean anyone gets op-upped. As far as I know, only US-bsed airlines op-up elite status holders to fill their premium cabins. IMO, that just ends up devaluing the premium seats...

the real issue is whether OZ can fill the 300+ Y seats, which is unlikely when there are several flights a day. So unless it's a very unusual situation, you're probably not going to get op-upped to J
