Other information on exit row seats
If any passenger in the booking is not eligible to sit in an exit row seat, they will not be offered for the entire booking. You will be able to choose from the standard seats.
Once you have reserved your seat, you cannot transfer it to another passenger.
This implies I will not be given a choice of the exit row seats anyway as we have infant and child (4) on the booking so information given to me by the customer services was wrong anyway...
anyone has any idea how else to approach this?
