I think the system is smart enough to know who you are. I called the regular NW line because that's the # I have memorized, I just turned Silver, don't have my card yet so I wasn't sure what the Silver # was.

After I keyed in my WP # and PIN, the agent said 'Welcome to Silver Elite desk.' It must have recognized my WP # and transferred me. I work for a large telecomm company that does that. When you key in your phone #, the elite customers go to a special desk.
