Choice is Cuban Sandwich or Shrimp and Orozo Salad. Chose the Salad and it was tasty with a weird but good chocolate cookie sandwich, sort of like a fancy Oreo. They also served snacks before the lunch trays.

The big deal here was balsamic dressing for a meal that didn’t need it. Solving the mystery of the missing dressings when the salads really need one.
