I have to admit that my typical AS travel pattern is West Coast-HNL and since they downsized the F cabin in the 738's it's been very hard to find U space at time of booking so I am sitting on a lot of GGUs.

Does anyone happen to know the typical pattern for U space opening up? Or is it now just at the gate, and GGU's are pretty much useless for routes where AS thinks they can get paid for the seats?

Also, if it comes time to dump 4 GGUs to the FT community, where can I do it?
