There's very little advantage to the One plans over the large Simple Choice plans; we're on a Simple Choice 10GB family plan that costs the same as the one plan would, but with the full 10GB of tethering (and unlimited non-tethering on an un-asked-for promotion, not that I've ever gone over 10GB combined, and have only gone over 5GB twice when tethering.)
