SQ doesn't offer a First Class product on the A350, nor do they fly to BSN (Bossanogoa, Central African Republic). I assume you mean BNE (Brisbane, Australia). SQ typically doesn't release any premium award inventory to partners on any of their newer aircraft. I spot-checked a couple of days and didn't see anything except Economy awards on SIN-BNE.
You can once again book SQ online, so there's no need to call; the agent can't see anything that you don't see. If you did choose to call, there's a phone booking fee for general members unless you're Platinum or above.
