Limited service hotels near US major national park entrances often go for a huge premium during peak season. I just did a test search and got $381 a night for the Hampton Inn- Jackson Hole next July. (Nearby Motel 6 is $200+ a night during same dates) If you enjoy those kinds of vacation trips, award nights there can be a great value compared to cash prices.
